Shipping Guidelines

What to Do if I Never Receive My Product

It has never happened before! If it so, please contact us immediately! We will follow up immediately with an investigation!

Motorcycles

  • For Customers who purchase motorcycle in cash, we will arrange and ship the motorcycle next day.
  • For customer who purchase on credit terms, we will arrange and ship the motorcycle after the loan application had been completed.

Products

  • We will ship the product in a moment

Exchanges and Return

Types

  1. Apparel and wearable product sold will not be refunded
  2. Used motorcycle components are not refundable
  3. New motorcycle sold are not refundable.

Incorrect Products Delivered

We accept exchange or return within 7 days under the circumstances that products are in original condition of a packaging and tag remains. Please contact us via WhatsApp/Telegram or via email.

Sizing Issues

We recommend consumer to follow the size charts in product descriptions. Any returns and exchanges must be made within 7days from date of purchase, with receipt.
